Features of medium frequency furnace:

The medium frequency furnace heats the metal through the electromagnetic induction principle, which is the heat generated by the metal itself. Therefore, the heating speed is very fast, and the preheating preparation time is not required. Generally, it can work when the furnace is opened at work. The medium frequency furnace can be heated to 1200 degrees within a few seconds to a few minutes before forging, while the medium frequency furnace can be heated to 1350-1650 degrees within a few minutes of casting and melting to complete the metal smelting.

Normal operation of intermediate frequency furnace:

1. Before starting the machine, check whether the equipment body is in good condition and whether there is any circuit short circuit or safety hazard caused by the presence of foreign matters; Start the water circulation system and check whether the water channels such as the medium frequency power supply, the medium frequency furnace body and the compensation capacitor cabinet are smooth and whether there is water leakage. If it exists, first eliminate the potential problems of the equipment to avoid the expansion of the fault.

2. Check whether the three-phase incoming power supply of intermediate frequency power supply is normal.

3. Check whether the connection between the power distribution cabinet and the induction furnace is intact. The exposed part of the induction ring should not be attached to metal objects to prevent the induction ring from being damaged by fire.

4. Under the condition that all the above are intact, the control power can be sent to the door panel.

5. Turn the power adjustment potentiometer on the door panel counterclockwise to "0" minimum.

6. Press the start button of the main circuit switch to close the circuit breaker and connect the main circuit.

7. Turn on the if start button.

8. Amplify the power setting potentiometer on the door panel clockwise bit by bit until the heating process requirements.

9. Purpose of fault display lamps on control circuit board
