Installation steps of high frequency induction heating equipment:
1. Place the main and auxiliary machines: generally, the main machine (operation control machine) is placed above and the auxiliary machine (power output machine) is placed below.
2. Connect the water and electricity of the main and auxiliary machines: connect the water channel by using the two thin water pipes in the accessories in a straight up and down manner. Connect the circuit with two cables in the accessories, red connected to red and black connected to black. Be sure to tighten it without poor contact. Connect the ground wire of the master and slave machines.
3. Power connection: the machine is three-phase power supply (380V), and three red wires are connected to the special three-phase knife switch or air switch (above 65A). Then connect the ground wire.
4. Water connection: the cooling water pressure used by the machine is 0.1mpa-0.3mpa (about 1-3kg). Please select a 370W single-phase (220V) water pump and a water tank or pool (select the volume according to the continuous working time and workload, and install a small cooling tower if necessary). The water outlet of the water pump is connected with the water inlet of the machine by a water pipe, and the water outlet of the machine is used to return the return water to the pool to realize the circulating cooling of the water flow.
5. Installation of induction coil: select, install and fix the induction coil according to the shape and size of the heated metal workpiece. Note that the induction coil shall not be short circuited.
6. Place the workpiece: place the workpiece to be heated in the center of the induction ring. The gaps around the workpiece shall be basically the same. The workpiece and the induction ring shall not collide.
