Working principle of high frequency induction heating equipment:

High frequency large current flows to heating coils (usually made of copper tubes) that are wound into rings or other shapes. Thus, a strong magnetic beam with instantaneous polarity change is generated in the coil. When the heated object such as metal is placed in the coil, the magnetic beam will penetrate the whole heated object, and a corresponding large eddy current will be generated in the direction opposite to the heating current inside the heated object. Due to the resistance in the heated object, a lot of Joule heat will be generated, and the temperature of the object itself will rise rapidly. To achieve the purpose of heating all metal materials.
