How To Debug The Electric Heater Boiler After Installation:
Check the components and lines, which are relatively intuitive components. Check whether the connecting lines of the components in the control cabinet and the electric heater boiler are in good condition and whether they are not tight. There shall be no short circuit at the wiring.
Stop the change-over switch of the control cabinet, press the emergency stop switch, then check the port on the main circuit breaker and connect the main circuit breaker. If the power indicator light is on, it indicates that it is normal.
Check whether the power supply voltage is normal and whether there is any missing item. Turn on the emergency stop switch, turn on the water pump, check and adjust the rotation direction of the water pump to the correct direction, and put the make-up pump in the automatic position. At this time, the water pump is in the automatic working state. In case of high water level, open the drain valve and wait until the drain reaches the high water temperature until the light goes out.
Before the electric heater boiler is officially put into operation, it should be operated for 4-8 hours. If there is no problem, the installation and commissioning of the boiler can be completed. At this time, the electric heater boiler can be put into normal use
