1: Match appropriate wires

2: Installation of leakage protector
What is the use of leakage protector? In short, it can protect people from electric shock, overload and short-circuit protection in case of leakage fault of equipment, can be used to protect the overload and short-circuit of lines or motors, and can also be used as infrequent switching and starting of lines under normal conditions. When selecting, try to choose products with large brands and guaranteed quality.
3: Connect the ground wire
Generally speaking, farmers who turn coal into electricity do not have grounding wires at home, so how to solve this problem can be completed with grounding pins. The grounding wire must be connected before use. Because the ground wire is the last protective barrier.
4: Pay attention to the height of the water outlet.
After the wires are connected, the waterway can be installed. Generally speaking, the installation of waterways is relatively simple, but please remember that the pipes of water bucket, water pump and heating furnace cannot be installed incorrectly. Here is an important note: the water pump must be installed at the return port of the electromagnetic heating furnace (which is different from the coal-fired boiler). The water bucket must be installed at the inlet of the water pump. The outlet height of the radiator must be slightly higher than the outlet height of the electromagnetic heating furnace, and there must be a certain slope, which is conducive to the discharge of air in the radiator.

Connection Mode Of Electric Heater Boiler:
1. Carbon steel pipes, hot-dip galvanized steel pipes or PPR pipes can be used for heating pipes.
2. The heating medium is ordinary tap water or purified water, with water supply temperature of 60-80 ℃ and return water temperature of 40-50 ℃.
3. During the laying of heating pipes, a certain slope shall be maintained. The hot water pipes with the same flow of air and water shall not be less than 0.003, the hot water pipes with the reverse flow of air and water shall not be less than 0.005, and the branch pipes connected with the radiator shall not be less than 0.01
4. The pipeline is connected by thread or hot melt.
