Introduction To Small Induction Smelting Furnace:
The small induction smelting furnace rectifies the three-phase power frequency alternating current into direct current, and then converts the direct current into an adjustable intermediate frequency current to supply the intermediate frequency alternating current flowing through the capacitor and the induction coil, generates high-density magnetic lines in the induction coil, and cuts the metal materials contained in the induction coil, generating large eddy currents in the metal materials. This eddy current also has some properties of intermediate frequency current, that is, the free electrons of the metal itself flow in the metal body with resistance to generate heat.

Main advantages of small induction smelting furnace:
(1) Under the same volume, the input power of the medium frequency induction furnace is high, which can be 2-3 times that of the power frequency furnace, thus further improving the melting rate of the furnace and reducing energy consumption.
(2) It can start melting at any time without leaving solution and large starting block, reducing energy consumption.
(3) All or a part of the molten liquid can be poured out at once, so the operation flexibility is relatively large.
(4) The output power is easy to adjust, and can be integrated into the different regulations on output power during melting, thermal insulation and heating furnace.
(5) During operation, the output power follows the series resonance transformation of the load control circuit, and fully automatically keeps the load control circuit at a high power factor, without the need to adjust the load capacitor according to the power frequency furnace.
(6) The three-phase balance at the power frequency input end does not need to set LC three-phase balance equipment like the power frequency furnace.
(7) Under the same output rate, the medium frequency induction furnace has a small volume, which greatly reduces the total floor area, reduces the infrastructure investment and improves the space utilization rate.
