Heating Principle Of Electric Heater Boiler:
  The principle of induction heating of electric heater boiler is that the alternating current generated by the power supply generates an alternating magnetic field through the inductor (i.e. coil). The magnetic conductive object is placed in the inductor to cut the alternating magnetic field lines, thereby generating alternating current (i.e. eddy current) inside the object. The eddy current makes the atoms inside the object move at high speed and irregularly, and the atoms collide and rub with each other to generate heat energy, thus heating the object. It is a heating method that converts electric energy into magnetic energy and causes the heated steel body to induce magnetic energy and generate heat.

Is The Electric Heater Boiler Air-cooled Or Water-cooled?
  There are two main reasons why electric heater boilers can be divided into air cooling and water cooling. First, the technical capacity of the manufacturer. On the other hand, the user needs.
First of all, the technical capability of the manufacturer. The air-cooled electric heater boiler dissipates heat for the frequency conversion module and the rectifier module through the air-cooled radiator. The work noise is particularly loud, which is not suitable for ordinary residents and users.   Secondly, from the user's needs. The maximum outlet water temperature of the water-cooled electric heater boiler is about 70 degrees, and the maximum return water temperature is 60 degrees. The heating water temperature of air-cooled electromagnetic boiler can be higher. Especially when the water supply tank is used to heat water, if the water tank is small, the air-cooled electromagnetic boiler is more practical.
Therefore, whether the electric heater boiler is air-cooled or water-cooled should be analyzed from many aspects. In the case of direct heating, the maximum outlet water temperature of the water-cooled electric heater boiler can reach more than 70 degrees, and the return water temperature can reach more than 60 degrees. Moreover, the water-cooled electromagnetic boiler has no noise. Relatively speaking, the water-cooled electromagnetic boiler is accepted and loved by more users.
