Composition of high frequency furnace:
The structure of the high-frequency furnace is shown in the right figure. The induction coil is made of a single-layer coil of copper tube, and the water-cooled induction coil is provided with a crucible knotted with refractory material to accommodate the molten metal. The induction furnace usually consists of four parts: power supply, furnace body (mainly the induction ring and the crucible made of refractory materials in the induction ring), capacitor bank (used to improve the power factor), control and operating system.
