Working principle of semiconductor electric boiler:
The semiconductor ceramic sheet is used as the heating element, and the ceramic sheet is embedded into the treated heating pipe in advance. The ceramic sheet transmits heat to feed water through the heating pipe. The ceramic sheet does not contact with water in the whole heating process, realizing the separation of water and electricity, and is safe to use. The semiconductor heater has realized the separation of water and electricity in use, and the safety guarantee has been significantly improved. However, the scaling and power attenuation of the heater cannot be overcome. With the passage of time, the electroplated coating on the pipe wall is easy to disappear due to the long-term high temperature or the great temperature difference between cold and heat, resulting in serious power attenuation and unable to continue normal heat transfer.
