Features of electric heating furnace:
1. The heater is composed of seven vertical copper tubes with a diameter of 20 and two copper tubes with a diameter of 32. Due to the large heating area and uniform heat conduction of water, the heating speed is fast.
2. Both sides of the PTC heater are red copper pipes, which meet the requirements of heating on both sides of the heater.
3. The thermal efficiency reaches 98-98.5%. PTC heater uses positive and negative resistance of 5 ohms, which is superior to the common positive and negative resistance of 30 ohms.
4. It is not afraid of dry burning. The heating element will not be damaged after 5000 hours of continuous dry burning without water.
5. Water pressure resistance can reach 1.0Mpa.
6. The breakdown withstand voltage 2500VDC is twice the national standard.
